No special access or permissions are required.

The Label Store is an e-commerce storefront where you can browse, select, and order safety labels for machinery, plant, and equipment from any device, with or without an account.

This article explains how to navigate the store and order labels through it.

1. Accessing the store

You can access the Label Store directly from the Actions & Reports screen in Ideagen Machine Safety, making it easy to order labels to close out risk assessment actions without leaving your workflow.

To access the Label Store from an Assessment:

1. Open the relevant assessment in Ideagen Machine Safety.
2. Navigate to the Actions & Reports screen.
3. Click Order Safety Labels.

The store landing page adapts based on whether you are signed in:

• Guests (not signed in) can browse Machine Kits and Individual Labels straight away. No account required
• Signed-in users also see a My Machines section, which allows them to automatically populate their cart with the labels required for their fleet.

2. Ordering labels

2.1. Machine kits

Machine kits are pre-configured bundles of safety labels designed for specific machine types. They are the primary product for customers who want a complete labelling solution for a machine.

To order a machine kit:

1. Go to the Label Store.
2. Select Machine Kits.
3. Find a kit by name or product number.
4. Expand a kit to view exactly what labels are included before adding it to your cart.
5. Select your Quantity.
6. Click Add to Cart.

2.2. Individual labels

This section provides a catalogue of over 100 safety labels that can be ordered separately. Use this section when you need a specific label rather than a full machine kit.

Each listing displays the:

• Image of the label
• Label title and reference number
• Physical dimensions
• Price per unit
• Quantity selector
• Add to Cart button

To order an individual label:

1. Go to the Label Store.
2. Select Individual Labels.
3. Find a label by name or reference number.
4. Select your Quantity.
5. Click Add to Cart.

2.3. Machine label

My Machines is available to signed-in users only.

This section links the Label Store to your Ideagen Machine Safety account, enabling automatic addition of safety labels to close out outstanding risk assessment actions for multiple machines, without manual label identification.

To order machine labels:

1. Go to the Label Store.
2. Sign into your account.
3. Select My Machines.
4. Find a machine in your fleet by make, model, type, owner, or identifier.
5. Tick the box next to each machine you need labels for.
6. Click Select to add all missing safety labels for the selected machines to cart.

Note

My Machines only adds labels that are required to close out outstanding risk assessment actions. It will not add labels that are already in your cart or have previously been ordered.

3. Checking out labels

Guest checkout is available with no account needed. Signed-in users get billing details pre-filled for convenience.

To check out your label order:

1. Go to your cart.
2. Review and adjust quantities as needed.
3. Click Proceed to Checkout.
4. Enter your Billing details.
   If you are signed in, these will be pre-filled.
5. Enter your Delivery address.
   If it is the same as your billing address, tick Delivery address same as billing address to copy your details across automatically.
6. Review your full order one last time.
7. Select your payment method.
   Purchase Orders (POs) are available to signed-in users only.
8. Click Submit.

After ordering, a confirmation email is sent to you, and your order and invoice numbers appear on the confirmation screen.
