1. Issue
When trying to add an email to an account, you get the: "Email is already in use" error. This is likely because the email address is already associated with an account in the system.
2. Resolution
To resolve the issue, open a support ticket to request a transfer of the email address to the new account.
Please provide the full name and email address of the user and the name of the account(s) which the email is currently associated with, as well as the name of the account to which it needs to be transferred to.
If you are uncertain about the name of the account to which your email is currently linked, we can assist you in identifying it and removing it from that account.
