Supplying machines - Checking approval statuses
When supplying a machine for pre-qual, the Site Owner will review all supplied documentation and approve or reject. Here we show you how to check the outstanding status of all supplied documents and your overall pre-qual approval status.
| 1. To check the status of your supplied documents, first filter by the site your machine is supplied to and select the Pre qual Machines tab |
| 2. Hover over the Library button next to the relevant machine. Here you will be able to see a thumbs up (for approved) and a thumbs down (for rejected). |
| 3. Double click the Library icon to open the machine library. |
| 4. Expand the Machinery documents menu |
| 5. Here you can view the individual document approval status and any comments from the Site Owner. |
| 6. To update a rejected document, click Edit |
| 7. To update the document click Add New File |
| 8. Once all of your documents have been approved by the Site Owner, you will see a green tick on the Library icon |
