Who is this article for?

Users who want to learn to set favourites.

No elevated permissions are required.

Favourites are machines that an individual user interacts with regularly e.g. to complete a daily pre-start check. Assigning favourites automatically adds the machines to the corresponding user's Asset Guard app.

1. Setting Favourites in Asset Guard

1. Log into Ideagen Machine Safety and add frequently used machines to your Favourites. These will appear in the Asset Guard app for easy access.

2. In the Machine details, click the star icon.

3. Click Mark as my Favourite to add it to your favourites.

4. Alternatively, click Mark as a Favourite for other users to assign it.

5. Select a user from your account and click the + icon.

6. Return to the Machines page and click the Favourites tab.

7. You will see your full list of favourite machines, which will be available in your Asset Guard app upon login.
