Setting service intervals
A regular service schedule keeps your machinery/equipment running at peak performance. Ideagen Machine Safety recommends service intervals align with manufacturers requirements - every 250hrs or 10,000kms, which ever is applicable to your machine.
Premium Feature
| 1. Service intervals are scheduled by default at 10,000kms or 250 hours. To setup your machine for service interval notifications, double click the machine to open the Machine Details. |
| 2. Expand the Service details menu and enter in your current Odometer (km) reading or Hour Meter (h). Click Save and close. |
| 3. Back on the Machines page, you will be notified of a machine's service status with three icons. Red = Service overdue Green = Service up to date Orange = Service pending |
| 4. To record a service as completed, double click the machine to open the Machine Details |
| 5. Click Record Service |
| 6. Update the Service Details |
| 7. Click Add New File to upload relevant documents such as the service report, photos or receipts. |
| 8. Add Service Notes and Save. |
| 9. Your service has now been recorded and the icon will change to green on the Machines page. Once finished click close |
